Every order ships from European workshops and warehouses, fully tracked from dispatch to your door. If anything holds a parcel up, a person at hei@snoluv.com answers within 24 hours on business days.

Orders placed before 23:59 GMT+2 are processed and shipped the next business day.
Made-to-order items from selected brands require extra production time before dispatch.

Important Update for United States Deliveries
All deliveries to the United States are currently paused. Most carriers have stopped shipments from the EU due to new tariffs, customs changes, and the loss of the de minimis exemption. We are working on new solutions and will update this page once shipping resumes.
