A Moomin beanie knitted from a blend of polyester, nylon, acrylic, wool and elastane. The elastane is what makes it sit close without squeezing, and what brings it back to shape after you pull it off.

Adult one size. Warm enough for a winter walk, light enough that you forget you are wearing it.

Maker

Nordicbuddies is a design house founded in Finland in 2019, working under official Moomin licence. Prints come from Tove Jansson's original drawings, on 240 g/m² cotton. The founders grew up with the 90s animation and design for adults who still read the books.

Size & Fit

Adult one size. The knit stretches to fit most head sizes.

Care

Hand wash, or machine wash at up to 30°C on a wool or delicate cycle.
Use a mild detergent.
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Reshape while damp and dry flat.
Store folded to keep its shape.
