We make every effort to ensure product details — descriptions, images, materials — are accurate. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to screen differences or manufacturing variations.

If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

 

3. PRICES & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in EUR (€). Prices may change without notice.

We accept secure payments via:

- PayPal (where available)
- Revolut Pay

Payment is collected at checkout. No order is considered confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to most EU countries, the UK, Norway, and Switzerland.

Shipping times vary depending on the product and its warehouse location, but typical timelines are:

- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Delivery: 3–8 business days

You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors.

 

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We follow EU consumer regulations for returns.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
Personalized items, as well as underwear and socks, cannot be returned.

Return Costs

• Customer pays: Change of mind, sizing, or preference returns.
  
• We cover: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email: hei@snoluv.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions based on the product’s warehouse.

Return shipping labels are not automatically included and depend on the return reason.

Refunds

A refund is issued once the returned item is:

1. Received at the warehouse
2. Inspected and approved

Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with:

- Photos of the item
- Photos of packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.
