Shipping and Delivery
Snøluv ships to every EU country except Cyprus. Shipping is free to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania on every order, and free across the rest of the EU on orders from €150.
Where does Snøluv ship?
To 26 EU countries: every member state except Cyprus. Deliveries to the United States are paused because most carriers have stopped shipping there from the EU, and Snøluv does not currently ship to the United Kingdom or elsewhere outside the EU.
How much does shipping cost?
For EU orders under €150, the price depends on the zone:

Orders from €150 ship free to every zone. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
When is my order dispatched?
Within 1 to 3 business days. Pieces made to order, such as Linen Tales pyjamas and Nuckö outerwear, need production time first, and the product page states how long.
How long does delivery take?
3 to 8 business days within the EU after dispatch. Pieces made to order can take up to 3 to 4 weeks in total, as stated on the product page.
Will my items arrive together?
Not always. Pieces come from different makers, so an order with several items can arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking link.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships you receive an email with a tracking link. With a Snøluv account, the order also appears on your Orders page.
What if a parcel is late or damaged?
Write to hei@snoluv.com with your order number. For a damaged or incorrect item, write within 48 hours and include photos of the item and the packaging; Snøluv arranges a replacement or refund. Returns are covered in the returns policy.
