A Moomin gift set with a Little My beanie and a pair of socks, boxed together. Two pieces that get used, rather than admired once and put in a drawer.

The beanie is knitted from acrylic, nylon and wool — warm without weight, and it holds its shape. The socks are cotton-rich, so they breathe through a full day indoors or out.

Beige and brown, which is to say they go with what is already in the wardrobe. An official Moomin product by Nordicbuddies, designed in Finland.

Maker

Nordicbuddies is a design house founded in Finland in 2019, working under official Moomin licence. Prints come from Tove Jansson's original drawings, on 240 g/m² cotton. The founders grew up with the 90s animation and design for adults who still read the books.

Committed to responsible production, all products meet REACH standards and are certified by SMETA, BSCI, WRAP, and OEKO-Tex, with a focus on eco-friendly packaging.

Size & Fit

Beanie: adult one size, the knit stretches to fit most head sizes. Socks: EU 36–42.

Care

Hand wash, or machine wash at up to 30°C on a wool or delicate cycle.
Use a mild detergent.
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Reshape while damp and dry flat.
Store folded to keep its shape.
