Partnering with Snøluv, answered
Who can apply to sell through Snøluv?
Independent makers, small studios and manufacturers of clothing, accessories, bags, children's wear and home textiles who can name where and how each piece is made, and who can ship orders to customers in the EU.
What does Snøluv look for in a maker?
Materials that can be stated precisely, such as fibre, weight and origin; a workshop or factory that can be named; certifications only where the product carries them; and pieces made to be used for years rather than one season. Products with green claims that no certificate or stated material supports are not listed.
How does selling through Snøluv work?
Snøluv writes and translates the product pages, presents the maker by name and answers customers. When an order comes in, the maker receives the delivery details and ships directly to the customer with tracking. Commercial terms, such as wholesale price or commission, are agreed with each maker.
Who handles returns and customer questions?
Snøluv answers customers in their own language and handles returns under its returns policy. Returned pieces go back to the maker's address, and the agreed terms set how returns are settled.
Which markets does Snøluv reach?
Customers in 26 EU countries. The shop is in English, Estonian, Finnish, Swedish, Lithuanian, Latvian and Danish, and delivery terms are published on the shipping page.
How do I apply?
Use the form on this page or write to hei@snoluv.com with the brand or studio name, where the pieces are made, the main materials, a link to the work and a wholesale price list if you have one. Snøluv reads every application and replies by email.
Can stylists and press request pieces?
Yes. Stylists, editors and photographers have their own page: stylist inquiries.
