Details

A carrier for a small dog that does not look like one. Elva is cut in nubuck leather to the shape of a handbag, so the dog travels without you arriving anywhere holding a pet crate.

Two interchangeable inserts come with it, in cotton, sheep wool and PES. The padded one gives the dog somewhere warm to settle; swap it for the other and the bag is simply a bag. Both lift out and can be washed, which is where the wear shows on a carrier.

A short leash and a matching bag dispenser come in the same nubuck. 42 by 22 by 34 cm. Designed by the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, Poland.

Made for small dogs. Measure your dog lying down, nose to base of tail, and check that against the 42 cm width. A carrier a dog cannot lie down in is not the right carrier.

Care

Brush the nubuck with a soft brush to lift the nap. Keep it out of standing water and away from direct heat. Both inserts lift out and can be washed.
