Details

Sören stands up on its own at a desk, which is the difference between a briefcase and a soft bag. The felt is structured enough to hold the shape and light enough to carry all day.

An inner sleeve takes a laptop up to 15 inches and a second compartment holds documents. The flap closes with magnetic snaps, and the shoulder strap adjusts and comes off entirely. This one is grey, 30 by 38 by 8 cm, 586 g empty. Want it slimmer? Hjo is 3 cm shallower.

Material

Recycled PET felt, pressed from used drinks bottles. Dense and dry to the hand, weatherproof against light rain, and stiff enough to hold its shape when the bag is loaded. 586 g empty.

Maker

Nordhale is an everyday carry workshop in Estonia, founded in 2016. Bags, cases and laptop sleeves in recycled PET felt and water repellent polyester canvas, cut, stitched and finished by hand in its own workshop, and sold with a two year warranty.

Care

Spot clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. Air dry flat. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron. If it gets wet, wipe it down and let it dry away from a radiator.
