A Little My beanie and a pair of Little My socks, boxed together, both from the Nordicbuddies Moomin Love collection. The beanie is beige and adult one size; the socks are brown and fit EU 36 to 42.

Beanie: acrylic, nylon and wool. Socks: 60% cotton, 33% polyester, 4% nylon, 2% elastane, 1% elastodiene.

Maker

Nordicbuddies is a design house founded in Finland in 2019, working under official Moomin licence. Designs come from Tove Jansson's original drawings. The founders grew up with the 90s animation and design for adults who still read the books.

Production meets REACH standards and is certified by SMETA, BSCI, WRAP and OEKO-TEX, with packaging chosen to cut waste.

Size & Fit

Beanie: adult one size, the knit stretches to fit most head sizes. Socks: EU 36 to 42.

Care

Hand wash, or machine wash at up to 30°C on a wool or delicate cycle.
Use a mild detergent.
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Reshape while damp and dry flat.
Store folded to keep its shape.

Tove Jansson drew the first Moomin in 1945. Nordicbuddies began in Finland in 2019, licensed to put those original Moominvalley drawings onto clothing and accessories rather than souvenirs, designed for adults who still read the books.
