Details

Moomin Party on white in an oversize cut: dropped shoulder, longer body, wide through the chest. This is the deliberately roomy shirt of the range rather than a size mistake.

Material

100% cotton at 240 g/m². That weight is what you notice first. The fabric hangs off the shoulder instead of clinging to it, the neckline stays flat, and the body keeps its line.

Maker

Nordicbuddies has held an official Moomin licence since 2019 and works from Finland and Sweden. Prints come from Tove Jansson's own drawings rather than redrawn approximations, which is the difference between a licensed piece and a lookalike. Production is audited to SMETA, BSCI and WRAP, and the fabric is OEKO-TEX certified.

Size & Fit

Unisex oversize, XS to XXL. It runs large by design. Your usual size gives a roomy cut, one down gives less volume.

Our male model is 175 cm and wears L. Our female model is 165 cm and wears S.

Care

Wash at 30°C with similar colours and a mild detergent, always inside out. Inside out is the whole trick: the printed face never touches the drum, so it keeps its edge for years. No bleach. Tumble dry low or line dry. Iron around the print, never over it.
